We operate in highly niche CPA Firm roles. Primarily operate as a Contained and Retained search models as we believe the contingent model is generally a bad deal for candidates, clients and recruiters.
In exchange we deliver very high end white glove service and deep candidate vetting and client advisory services. Which results in deep value driven relationships.

We offer a variety of comp plans ranging from guarantees between $40,0000 - $80,000. Total comp? easy to calculate Full desk recruiters earn 40-60% of every dollar generated. Pure recruiters earn 20-30% of every placement dollar, and pure Businesses development recruiters earn 20-30% of every placement dollar. Why the range just depends on gross revenue generated, high performers get a bigger piece of the pie!
Why not higher? sure we will offer pure 1099 independent recruiters a better deal to operate under our Corp., use our tools, data and support services.
We provide all data and we have the very best and don't skimp ZoomInfo, SwordFish, Hunter.io, Dedicated data miners for hard to find data and of course Linkedin.
We don't skimp on tools and REINVESTMENT in the firm so if you like having a team and spending your time generating revenue verses data mining and doing grunt work, let's talk.
We do offer a generous 0 out of pocket health insurance plan plus 3% IRA contribution match yup that's right 3% of every dollar you earn and save we give back to you in cash IRA deposits yours to keep no vesting no catches.
This position is in our CPA division which means you work 10 months out of the year and take February and March off each year. You will still receive your bas guarantee and commissions during your annual work break. This is a true lifestyle job, work from home and take at least 2 months off per year all while making well over 6 figure income!

Responsibilities for our Recruiter
- Becomes knowledgeable of company's services and target our key industries to facilitate recruiting efforts and minimize time-to-fill
- Will be working with the top 10% of professionals in the CPA industry
- Interviews both passive candidates to determine fit for position
- Will spend 50%+ of your time actively cold calling passive candidates to introduce them to new potential opportunities
- You will spend your remaining time nurturing relationships with high potential candidates and clients helping them through the hiring process while they land their next ideal career opportunity.
- Use your time efficiently in order to meet personal goals and work collaboratively with other members of the team
What's in it for you:

This new role will jump in, head first, and learn all about our job requisitions and clients. You will source and interview talent, assessing for job fit, then make recommendations to your clients and coordinate interviews with them and your candidates.
