Your Path to Impact and Growth: As our Office Admin, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Support our team with administrative tasks, ensuring efficiency and organization.
  • Play a key role in coordinating company events and meetings.

Specific responsibilities:

  • Preparation of agendas, reports, presentations, and other materials to prepare for client meetings and other business activities
  • Prepare bulk mailings and client outreach
  • Organize and maintain client files
  • Provide exceptional customer service and bring positive energy to the work environment
  • Ensure accuracy and quality control of all work product
  • Accept payments, help maintain A/R Records, and aid in the billing process
  • Maintain confidentiality with personal and sensitive data
